Current Engagements Include
Enterprise Information Technology Services Integrator (EITSI) for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Military Health System (MHS)
Taurian Consulting supports Peraton on their $2B EITSI contract, helping DH to execute an enterprise-wide IT transformation driving towards consolidated services and an overall reduction in costs. Taurian supports DHA in the coordination, integrations, and management of DHA’s transformation effort, emphasizing continuous improvement of delivery through standardized, enterprise-wide processes and procedures.
Energy, Environment, And Fleet Program Service (EEF) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
Taurian Consulting support’s VA’s EEF Program with a blend of process improvement, program management, and data science services, striving to enable to VA enterprise to adapt nimbly across a broad range of sustainability-related initiatives related to energy and water, environment, fleet, sustainable buildings, and climate change adaptation. EEF is the Department-level office for VA energy, environmental and fleet policy and oversight and is responsible for various external reporting requirements. Currently, the Taurian team is supporting a network of VA facilities to meet a number of requirements related to improving environmental sustainability – some of these requirements coming from new laws, regulations, or Presidential directives – while ensuring that VA’s mission of delivering excellent care to the Veteran population goes unimpeded.
